M-government continuance intentions: an instrument development and validation

M-government’s potential benefits can help countries achieve both economic and human development. From the point of view, m-government enhances efficiency reduces government spending. citizens’ service quality offered to them. However, for offer sustainable development, citizens must continuously use m-government; hence, it is important investigate factors affecting continuance intentions. This paper builds on prior studies in information communication technologies development by proposing a model instrument that focuses intentions m-government. The proposed measures were developed validated following rigorous guidelines quantitative research field systems. More than 100 validators participated process validation. study applies five techniques validate instrument. survey items narrowed down from 59 27 items. results show have high validity reliability.
